Responsibilities include developing OCM strategies, coordinating training, and managing communication plans. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, particularly in ServiceNow OCM roles, and demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Formación

  • 3+ years of experience with at least 2 years in ServiceNow OCM roles.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow, especially ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute OCM strategies aligned with ServiceNow implementation.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and workshops.
  • Create communication plans to educate impacted users.
  • Support training development in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Track change readiness and adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers on change activity alignment.
  • Prepare user-facing documentation and support materials.
  • Facilitate post-go-live support and improvement feedback.
