Job Description (Position Summary – main purpose)

We are looking for a person with experience in ecommerce and warehousing, This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys balancing strategic management with daily operational execution and able to see the big picture to identify strategic opportunities in fulfillment and warehouse consolidation

Key Responsibilities (main Objectives)
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from supplier, sellers warehouses and Shein fulfillment and consolidation warehouse
  • Develop strategies to maximize the performance with all the suppliers including the commercial and contract part
  • Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring processes and KPIs are clearly defined and met.
  • Monitor and improve Shein account health, handling compliance, policy, and operational issues directly.
  • Collaborate with the and marketing teams to align advertising and inventory strategies.
  • Negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to optimize cost, lead time, and quality.
  • Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts and inventory planning models to prevent stockouts or overstock.
Qualifications and Skills (Requirements - mandatory)
  • Minimum education : Bachelor Degree
  • Language proficiency : English / Spanish / Chinese
  • Experience : 5 years of experience in inventory management, quality assurance, or warehouse operations.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) work measurements, SQL preference
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal English skills for documentation and reporting.
  • ProblemSolving : Ability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, and implement solutions.
  • Leadership : Experience managing teams and training staff on best practices.Previous warehouse experience.
  • Basic knowledge of registration systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
