Applicants should have at least three years of sourcing experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have a proven ability to build relationships. Formación

• Minimum three years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience with CRM and HRIS preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sourcing strategies for diverse roles.

• Build relationships with candidates for effective referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and manage candidate processes.
