Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Sr. Python Developer to join our team in Guadalajara.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fullstack development, system design, and architecture, with proven expertise in delivering high-performing solutions that align to complex business flows.
• This role requires leadership, technical vision, and the ability to drive teams towards successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement scalable and secure systems to meet client requirements.
• Provide fullstack development expertise, with a strong focus on backend technologies using Python and databases like MariaDB.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define architectural solutions that support product and business objectives.
• Lead technical decision-making, providing mentorship and guidance to the development team.
• Optimize existing systems and solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Communicate technical strategies and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support international projects and travel to the USA as needed (a valid USA visa is preferred).

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Python development and relational databases, 6+ Years
• Proven experience in system architecture and full-stack development at an architect level in Python.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in driving technical projects and mentoring teams.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Salary range: $70,000 to $110,000 pesos monthly nominal scheme payment
