The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in motion design, strong English skills, and expertise in tools like After Effects and Cinema 4D. This position includes a monthly salary ranging from $3,000 to $5,000, along with generous PTO and operates in US time zones.

A leading US creative agency is looking for a Motion Designer to bring dynamic animations to life across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations that enhance storytelling and brand narratives
• Develop engaging motion work for digital, social, broadcast, and experiential platforms
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to establish tone, vibe, and visual direction
• Experiment with new animation techniques (cel, stop motion, kinetic typography, etc.) to push creative boundaries
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, maintaining high-quality execution and attention to detail

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion design experience with a strong technical foundation in 2D animation
• Experience in an agency environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools
• A strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and the ability to cultivate a unique tone for each project
• Experience with varied animation styles (cel animation, stop motion, kinetic typography, etc.) is a plus
• A brave, innovative mindset, always pushing creative and technical boundaries
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
