A leading industrial technology company in Mexico is seeking a skilled professional to define and implement a New Product Introduction strategy in electronics engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SMT, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This role focuses on developing a high-performing engineering team and ensuring quality and efficiency in product launches.

Define, develop and implement a New Product Introduction strategy, which contributes to all diferent electronics‑SMT strategic directions. Serve as the go‑to authority on New Product launches in the Electronics engineering side, stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for Printed Circuit Boards designs. Provide expert guidance to leadership, stakeholders such as designers, program managers, POM directors by identify and create the gap analysis. Lead the business cases through deep return over investment analysis (ROIC) in order to create a strategic decision for new technologies vs material cost, human labor, etc. Drive organizational changes aligned with the organization metrics and goals, using our shared values and competences, following the Art of ths possible methodology in order to create a solid and self‑directed team to operate and improve. To monitor the success and impact of the manufacturing program across existing product portfolio and new product introduction. Translating priorities into operational plans by aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that activities yield measurable and sustainable results.
