• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUP.

Responsabilidades

• Guide resolution of customer issues and negotiate sensitive situations.
• Support implementation of process changes and coordinate training programs.
• Update stakeholders on department production and performance.
• Communicate organizational policies and best practices.
• Develop and mentor team Supervisors.
• Manage resolution of system and technology errors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
