Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic HR initiatives across the region
  • Adapt global policies to local contexts, ensuring legal compliance
  • Support transformation, expansion, and cultural change efforts
  • Lead strategies for talent attraction, development, and retention
  • Leverage people analytics for strategic decision-making
  • Act as a business partner to senior leaders in Mexico and CAM
Ideal Profile
  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in multinational environments
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance across the region
  • Proven ability to lead complex processes and diverse teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel (30 %)
  • Proficient in tools such as Workday, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Recruiter
