We’re looking for a Senior Event Manager to join our Americas Marketing Services Hub, representing Swiss Re’s global brand through world-class events across Latin America.

Your Impact

As a Senior Event Manager, you will lead the design and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events in alignment with our marketing strategy and regional business priorities. · Manage vendors, agencies, venues, and production partners with operational excellence.

· Oversee all guest management workflows, from invitations to post-event reporting.

· Act as a point of contact for internal clients and business unit leaders.

· Collaborate across our global event colleagues to uphold consistent standards and share best practices.

· Support regional enablement, including onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.

· Proven experience managing multi-country or cross-regional event portfolios.

· Expert in logistics, vendor and stakeholder management, and onsite delivery.

· Strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action.

· Strong communication skills and cultural fluency across Latin America.

· Proficient with event tech (e.g. MS Dynamics) and reporting tools.

· Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English—spoken and written.

· Based in Mexico City with ability to travel across Latin America and occasionally internationally.
