Are you a detail-driven Senior Accountant who loves structure, accuracy, and the optimization of financial workflows?

We're supporting one of our international clients in finding a high-impact Senior Accountant with strong Acumatica expertise to join their growing team in Mexico.

What You'll Do

• Act as the Acumatica expert, optimizing modules, workflows, and financial reporting tools.
• Support the preparation of financial statements aligned with GAAP / IFRS standards.
• Generate accurate internal financial reports and dashboards.
• Execute month‑end processes – reconciliations, journal entries, data validation, and documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation, compliance tasks, and tax‑related activities.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records on revenues, expenses, payroll, and cash flow.
• Collaborate closely with senior accounting leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Stay current on accounting best practices to help strengthen internal controls and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Expert proficiency in Acumatica ERP (required).
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years at Senior or Controller level.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Comfort working in a fully English‑speaking environment.
• Ability to work effectively with U.S. teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high‑impact environment.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems, coding languages, or big data is a plus.
• Ability to start ASAP.
