Responsibilities:

The expert will design, implement, and lead automation and generative AI solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The focus is on improving business processes through enriched conversational experiences, enterprise copilots, and accessible AI models delivered via low-code/no-code platforms.

A key requirement is strong expertise in Copilot Studio and AI Foundry services, complemented by hands-on experience with AI Builder, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. The professional will act as both a technical and functional reference for innovation, development, and business teams, aligning AI capabilities with strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation of Intelligent Solutions
• Develop and deploy conversational copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Apply and manage AI Foundry services to enable enterprise-grade AI solutions and scale adoption.
• Configure and train AI Builder models (prediction, classification, OCR, text processing).
• Design automated workflows in Power Automate integrated with Copilot and Power Apps.
• Technology Integration and Scalability
• Connect solutions with enterprise systems (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, SAP, etc.).
• Integrate AI Foundry services with Power Platform and Azure ecosystems.
• Apply best practices for security, governance, and scalability in Power Platform and AI Foundry environments.
• Automate complex business processes using reusable components and custom connectors.
• Consulting and Adoption Enablement
• Act as a functional-technical advisor in AI, AI Foundry, and automation initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of copilots, AI Foundry services, and AI-driven solutions within business areas.
• Train and support citizen developers and IT teams in Power Platform and AI Foundry tools.
• Impact Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
• Assess the impact of copilots, AI Foundry, and AI Builder services on business KPIs.
• Perform iterative improvements based on user feedback and usage analytics.
• Document best practices and generate reusable assets.

Technologies and Tools

• AI Services: Azure OpenAI Service (copilot integration), LLMs and prompting for generative copilots
• Analytics & BI: Power BI
• Strong expertise in Copilot Studio and AI Foundry services for enterprise AI solution design and deployment.
• Ability to design natural, empathetic, and efficient conversational copilots.
• Solid technical expertise in Microsoft tools and Power Platform integrations.
• Systemic thinking with strong business process visualization skills.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and data access policies in Power Platform and AI Foundry.
• Applied innovation: identifying opportunities for generative copilots, predictive AI, and low-code solutions.
• Leadership and mentorship for developers and functional teams.

Required Experience

• 5+ years in business automation and intelligent solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• 2+ years leading projects with Copilot Studio and AI Foundry services, plus AI Builder.
• Proven experience implementing copilots, scaling AI Foundry solutions, automating processes, and driving low-code adoption in corporate environments.
