Summary

$5.77 USD per hour ($12,000 / year)

40 hours per week (you are expected to be on Zoom the whole time)

Schedule is 9am to 5pm CST time

HubStaff productivity tracking software will be installed on your computer to monitor screen and track activity.

Role (What You Will Do)
  • Meet with prospects and customers on Zoom to present solutions, answer questions, and close sales
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on client needs and usage
  • Respond promptly to inbound messages, leads, and follow‑ups
  • Help prospects schedule Zoom calls and sales meetings
  • Notify internal team members when scheduled Zoom appointments begin
  • Follow up after calls to confirm satisfaction, overcome objections, and secure next steps
  • Document all conversations, deal notes, and client feedback in HubSpot
  • Address common questions or issues that could block a sale
  • Coordinate with marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff after purchase
  • Escalate complex objections or issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Maintain a confident, professional, and customer‑focused tone in all communication
