A dynamic sales company is offering a Sales Representative position in Mexico City. This role focuses on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth in the automotive components sector. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of Channel Sales experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. You will build relationships with distributors and customers while meeting sales targets through effective market strategies. A Bachelor's degree and experience in export processes are preferred qualifications.

Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: CDMX
Type of Contract: Full-Time | 2-Year Fixed Term (with 3-Month Probation Period)
Salary Range: 2,000 to 2,500 USD/Month
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Portuguese

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative with 3 - 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, preferably in the auto-component industry, to join our growing team in the Dominican Republic. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, developing strong distributor and retailer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region. Your work will directly impact the company's market share and customer satisfaction within the global automotive components sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate market demand through retailer visits, relationship building, and local promotional activities.
  • Drive demand creation via mechanics by organizing canopy and mechanic meets and other marketing events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and new business leads.
  • Utilize trade portals, export data, and distributor databases to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Share relevant materials such as product catalogs and technical specifications to support customer decisions.
  • Conduct market intelligence to prepare competitive export pricing and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Oversee exports of multiple product categories, ensuring compliance with company processes and standards.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Channel Sales, ideally in the auto-component or related manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to generate sales leads and manage distributor/retailer networks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with export documentation, pricing strategy, and international sales processes.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Local citizenship.
