A leading financial technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the LATAM region. The role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to contract negotiation. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the financial industry, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools. This remote position is based in Mexico, and fluency in Spanish or Portuguese along with English is essential.

Job Opportunity : Sales Manager - LATAM (FinTech, Crypto Getaway & Processing).

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager | Account Executive (Mid-level) to join our global team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and final signature – before transitioning clients to our Client Success team. Project: global crypto payment gateway & processing. Location: Mexico, Remote.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation across LATAM B2B markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Funnel Management – Qualify leads effectively to ensure long-term fit with our solutions.
  • Track KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and win rates.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to drive improvement.
  • Maintain records in SalesForce CRM.
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, and client KYC documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B active sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
