A leading family-owned company is seeking skilled specialists for a permanent full-time role in Santiago de Querétaro. Responsibilities include maintaining database systems, managing invoices and tooling documentation, assisting Account Managers with proposals, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a 2-year degree or equivalent experience in industrial support, fluent English, and knowledge of Office and SAP. Formación

  • Must hold a 2-year degree or have relevant experience in industrial support.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
  • Proficient in Office and SAP systems.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain customer databases and Brose SAP systems.
  • Manage invoicing and follow up on payments with Account Managers.
  • Organize Tooling Invoicing and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in developing business proposals and market analysis.
  • Prepare monthly business update reports.

Conocimientos

Your Tasks
  • Maintain customer specific database systems and Brose SAP systems (Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments, ISP, etc…)
  • Follows up open invoices/payments in alignment with Account Manager and Finance
  • Manages OEM Tooling Invoicing in alignment with Account Manager and according to Brose standards – organize invoices, asset tags and photos for audit, prepare customer documents, follow up with customer
  • Records Management - Customer contracts (Tooling / Pc Price / Prototype)
  • Manages commercial change management documentation between customer and Brose, incl. GECOS, SAP, customer change management system – tracks and closes open topics
  • Assist Account Managers with new business proposals, develop and prepare quotations for new and service business, market analysis, benchmarking, presentations
  • Prepares monthly reports for business updates. (SAP, Forecast)
Your Profile
  • 2-year Associate degree in Business or Technical program or 3-5 year in Industrial support function
  • English fluent
  • Office and SAP knowledge
  • Automotive experience desirable
