Formación

  • Extensive experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or Director of Revenue Management.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a commercial team.
  • Strong motivation to transition to a sales leadership career.
  • Ability to build, mentor, and coach high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle for B2B upsells.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and coach a team of Revenue Growth Consultants.
  • Set performance expectations and oversee team targets.
  • Manage the sales pipeline for Dynamic Revenue Plus (DR+).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams on Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Utilize dashboards for team metrics and targeted coaching.
