Requirements include over 5 years of IT Business Analysis experience, familiarity with SDLC methodologies, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. This position is remote-based in Mexico and full-time.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably within ITIL frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering enhancements via SDLC methodologies.
• Prior ownership of hospitality applications (e.g., IQware POS, Inntopia).

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for projects, including requirements gathering.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and use cases.
