• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Strong background in bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, AP / AR, payroll, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; experience with other accounting systems is a plus.

• Perform and review bank reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements.
• Oversee and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
