A law firm focused on personal injury is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to settlement. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in personal injury case management and strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. This role offers a full-time remote work schedule and includes base pay plus bonuses.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in personal injury case management from intake to settlement.
• Prior experience handling bodily injury cases is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through final settlement.
• Investigate claims, gather facts, and determine case strategy.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients.

Conocimientos

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to manage a high caseload independently

Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Educación

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
