• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring.
• Proven track record sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Willingness to work during U.S. core hours (8am–5pm US / AZ time zone).

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Outbound Sales Representatives.
• Source passive and active candidates using various platforms.
• Conduct phone screens and video interviews.
