• 3 years minimum experience as a Medical Assistant.
• CCMA/RMA Certification preferred.
• Experience with answering phones and medical understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Perform effective telephone triage to support dermatology patients.
• Answer phones and return voicemails to handle all questions.
• Relay pathology results and schedule surgeries as needed.
