A leading energy services provider is looking for an experienced professional to ensure excellent customer relationships while performing fluid management and pressure pumping operations. Candidates should have a technical degree related to Oil & Gas and at least 5 years of proven experience in stimulation and fracturing operations. The role includes managing customer satisfaction, overseeing service operators, and operating high-pressure equipment in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in stimulation and fracturing operations onshore.
• Possess a valid Federal License type E.

Job Duties

Under general supervision, promote excellent customer relationships at the job site. Plan and execute the necessary calculations for fluid management in the well as required. Coordinate the activities of service operators during assembly and dismantling of equipment, as well as preparing equipment for work. Ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed. Collect and distribute data on tasks as required. Perform pressure pumping operations, such as acid pumping and other fluids, safely and consistently, in accordance with job design parameters and established plan. Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next task. Use competency processes to improve the development of skills and job performance. Tasks performed correctly indirectly impact cost control, efficiency, and operational profitability. Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other support functions.

Qualifications

• Técnico o Técnico Superior Universitario en áreas afines a la industria Oil & Gas.
• Experiencia mínima comprobable de 5 años en operaciones de estimulación y fracturas en tierra.
• Operación y mantenimiento de equipos como bombas de alta presión, equipo de mezclado, bombeo de nitrógeno.
• Experiencia comprobable en manejo de unidades pesadas.
• Contar con Licencia Federal Vigente tipo E.
