Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment.
• Basic Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings compliant with IFRS/GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports.
• Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
• Analyze variances for management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, FP&A, and tax teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–3 years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting
• Intermediate English and Spanish (advanced English preferred); basic Portuguese is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP, or local standards)
• Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or multinational environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A, and tax teams
