A global leader in materials science is seeking a qualified individual to lead engineering resources in process development and improvement, ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, and a proven track record of coaching junior engineers. This position is based in Apodaca, Nuevo León, and requires advanced English skills.

Formación

• 5 years in similar roles.
• Track record of delivering results.
• Broad manufacturing and engineering experiences.
• Project leadership (scope to implementation).
• Experience across multiple organizations/plants.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and control.
• Experience with industrial labor relations (union facilities).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct engineering resources in process and equipment development.
• Achieve low cost manufacturing with superior quality.
• Devise and implement inspection methods for product evaluation.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure quality standards.
• Audit quality systems for deficiencies.
