A leading filtration solutions company in León, Mexico, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to maintain quality management systems and ensure product compliance. The role involves addressing customer complaints, leading a shop floor team, and conducting root cause analysis. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, along with at least 3 years of experience in supplier quality engineering and strong knowledge of industry-quality tools. Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to internal and external complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Maintain the Quality Management System for the production lines under their responsibility.
• Ensure that products and processes comply with the specific requirements of the quality system and the customer.
• Lead the shop floor team to achieve quality results through corrective and preventive strategies.
• Lead root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, procedures, etc.
• Follow up on supplier complaints and ensure the implementation of preventive actions.
• Lead activities related to incoming material inspection, ensuring quality before entering the production line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3 years of experience working as a supplier quality engineer
• Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.
• An analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
• Advanced English
