About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Laboratory Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in our laboratory operations. This role is key to driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and supporting decision-making through data analysis.

What You Will Do

• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO standards, and internal quality procedures.
• Validate analytical methods and oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain process integrity.
• Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up on findings.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and quality records.
• Train and support laboratory personnel on quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor and report key quality indicators to management for strategic decision-making.

Who You Are

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in quality assurance within laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge of GLP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
