Job Summary

The Amazon Customer Excellence System Team (ACES) has an immediate need for a Quality Control Engineer. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing quality assurance and control (QAQC) processes throughout the processes of a package in the Last Mile Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and available in Policy 2.0 at all times.
• Co‑ordinate Standard Audit Tool (SAT) on a monthly basis.
• Complete daily routines in the field of address data quality with the aim to improve delivery quality.
• Perform audit assessments and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
• Use logical thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.
• Engage in multi‑tasking within a fast‑paced high‑energy environment.
• Support project improvement events to achieve business goals with both short and long‑term results.
• Offer effective feedback related to standard process adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Administration or a related field with knowledge of continuous improvement methodology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control.
• B2 level English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to various project sites across MX.
• Green Belt certification (optional).
