QA Lead with strong experience in Machine Learning testing, Python Location : Costa Rica / Mexico (Remote) Key Responsibilities Lead QA strategy and execution for ML-powered applications and services.

Define and implement test approaches for ML models (data validation, model accuracy, drift, bias, performance).

Design and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.

Drive API testing using automated and manual approaches.

Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.

Provide QA leadership across sprints, releases, and regression cycles.

Review test coverage, defects, and quality metrics; ensure continuous improvement.

Mentor QA engineers and enforce best practices.

Required Skills Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and testing methodologies.

Hands-on Python development for test automation.

Solid experience with API testing (REST, JSON, Postman, PyTest, etc.).

Exposure to frontend testing (basic UI flows, validations).

Experience working in Agile / CI-CD environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have Experience testing AI / ML models in production environments.

Knowledge of data validation tools or ML monitoring frameworks.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
