Today, Theogames has a team of approximately 90 people, spread throughout Latin America.
It’s a 100% remote position, under a contractor model, in which you would send us monthly invoices in your country's currency (ex. Argentina Peso) and paid directly to your local bank account.
15 days of paid time off per calendar year, to use in any order you prefer. By the end of the year, the agency takes a “recess period” of around 5 days for Christmas + New Year’s eve; local holidays are also respected as paid time off. Of course, sometimes this depends on a case‑by‑case basis, since working with global brands may require acting according to their schedule, but it's something we always try to balance and compensate for, so even if something critical needs to be taken care of, you will be able to take the corresponding day off at another moment.
Annual bonus of up to 100% (100% when completing a full calendar year of work and adjusted accordingly for newer arrivals) equivalent to 1 month’s full payment, paid at the end of the year (December) when renewing contract.
