Since then, we have had the privilege of working with some of the most incredible companies in this segment, offering services such as press relations, community management, social media management, influencer campaigns, and more. Today, Theogames has a team of approximately 90 people, spread throughout Latin America.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate your team in their work on daily tasks to achieve account objectives (locating content, tracking media or creators, distributing keys and other materials).
• Search for complex solutions or find the ideal approach for each client or campaign.
• Align efforts with teams from another region to maintain synchronization between the agency's work in Brazil and Latin America.

Media and Creator Relationship

• Develop close relationships with media and creators, with empathy, respect and friendship, ensuring their needs are met.
• Identify profiles among the media to develop personalized approaches when needed by the client.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Coordinate detailed coverage of all results of our actions for each client by region.
• Oversee the creation of reports and summaries according to metrics and data requested by customers.
• Develop familiarity with all advanced options of the most used monitoring tools and periodically check for ways to improve and/or detect possible problems that may affect results measurement.

About Our Work Model

It’s a 100% remote position, under a contractor model, in which you would send us monthly invoices in your country's currency (ex. Argentina Peso) and paid directly to your local bank account.

15 days of paid time off per calendar year, to use in any order you prefer. By the end of the year, the agency takes a “recess period” of around 5 days for Christmas + New Year’s eve; local holidays are also respected as paid time off. Of course, sometimes this depends on a case‑by‑case basis, since working with global brands may require acting according to their schedule, but it's something we always try to balance and compensate for, so even if something critical needs to be taken care of, you will be able to take the corresponding day off at another moment.

Annual bonus of up to 100% (100% when completing a full calendar year of work and adjusted accordingly for newer arrivals) equivalent to 1 month’s full payment, paid at the end of the year (December) when renewing contract.
