We are seeking an experienced Market Research Qualitative Project Manager to oversee and manage the full project lifecycle from bid to invoice. How You'll Make an Impact

• Project Management : Lead and manage multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving : Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track and identify growth opportunities for our business.
• Quality Control : Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards in data accuracy, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Operational Execution : Oversee all aspects of project execution, including survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Budget & Financial Management : Track project budgets, manage costs, and submit invoices to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

What We're Looking For

• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of qualitative market research project management experience, in a client-facing role.
• Strong preference for prior healthcare experience.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively both to internal and external stakeholders.
• Client-First Mindset : Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results.
• Attention to Detail : Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
