Job Status: Full time

Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Salary: $8 - $12 (Guaranteed Bonuses)

Role Overview

About the Client: The client is a diversified investment and operations firm that both invests in and manages multiple portfolio companies across various industries. The company is led by a dynamic CEO who frequently launches and oversees new ventures, each requiring intensive start-up coordination, project execution, and operational setup before transitioning to dedicated leadership teams.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to serve as the CEO’s right hand, a trusted partner who brings exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Executive Virtual Assistant to the CEO will work directly with the CEO to manage day‑to‑day priorities, oversee high‑level projects, and coordinate the early‑stage setup and operations of new companies. This role demands initiative, judgment, and strategic thinking, not just task management. You’ll be deeply involved in meetings, strategic projects, and execution, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as the CEO builds and scales new ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for the CEO.
  • Attend and document all CEO meetings, ensuring clear follow‑up and action tracking.
  • Provide comprehensive project management support from initiation and planning to execution and transition.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, VAs, and business partners across multiple active companies.
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for workflow, documentation, and process tracking.
  • Support the setup of new companies, including operational logistics, technology onboarding, and early‑stage task coordination.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, priorities, and deliverables for multiple ventures simultaneously.
  • Conduct research, create reports, and assist with data and business analysis as needed.
  • Exercise high discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong project management background — ability to structure and manage complex, multi‑phase initiatives.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English. LATAM only.
  • Tech‑savvy: proficient in modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp/Asana/Trello, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving, not just a task‑follower.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working remotely across time zones.
  • Based in Latin America (preferred) and available during U.S. business hours.
