Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a leading company in the automotive sector located in El Vallès Occidental (Barcelona, Spain).

This is a full on-site position in Barcelona. Although we are publishing this opportunity in Mexico, the role requires relocation to Spain. K-LAGAN provides relocation support and assistance with the work visa process.

Languages: A high level of English is required.

Availability to travel (mainly within Spain).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects related to plastic and aesthetic parts (exterior trim) within the automotive sector.
• Ensure timely execution of projects, managing schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor quality, cost, and timing to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project development.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of plastic and aesthetic part manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating teams and suppliers.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
