Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Project Coordinator.

What You’ll Do
  • Improve project tracking, scheduling, and communication between internal teams and clients (NAS, electrical contractors, consulting firms).
  • Reduce project delays and rework through proactive coordination.
  • Support business growth by enabling power systems engineers to focus on technical design and client acquisition rather than administrative oversight.
  • Ensure profitability through accurate budgeting, change‑order tracking, and resource efficiency.
Job Summary

As project volume and complexity continue to grow, Power Systems Engineering requires a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day project execution for U0130/U0110 attachment studies and for Amazon Program studies. This position will strengthen operational control, improve client communication, and ensure timely, profitable delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities
Order Entry
  • Provide quotes for EV studies (price per charger) for Amazon program (EV).
  • Work with PSE Neg Apps to forward quote requests for Amazon program (EVSG/PWR).
  • Follow up with DOCs for order entry for Amazon program (EV + 5YAR).
Project Planning & Coordination
  • Coordinate project communication, requests, and deliverables with engineering resources based on timelines and availability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and ready for PSE engineer to begin work. This includes reviewing customer documentation provided to ensure it is complete.
  • Prepare kickoff documentation, monitor progress, and issue recurring project updates.
  • Enter and track updates to Smartsheet for Amazon Program (5YAR).
  • Update project tracker tool for Amazon Program (EV).
  • Work with POC for field information RFI and upload Deficiency Form for Amazon Program (5YAR).
Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the primary liaison between NAS and power system engineers.
  • Manage correspondence, progress reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Ensure all client expectations, engineering requirements, and timelines are met.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Track budgets. Assist with tracking orders and invoices.
  • Track down purchase orders and obtain WO#s to invoice for Amazon program (EV + 5YAR).
  • Track PO out of Coupa for Amazon program (EV + 5YAR).
  • Support leadership in cost analysis and project margin reporting.
  • Manage change orders and ensure scope adjustments are approved before implementation. Eliminate scope creep.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field preferred but not required if equivalent experience.
  • 3‑7 years of experience in electrical contracting, engineering, or construction project management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Valid US VISA.
