Ett globalt industriföretag söker en produktionledare i Apodaca, Nuevo León. Du kommer att leda ett team och säkerställa effektiv produktion. Krav inkluderar en kandidatexamen inom teknik och över 4 års erfarenhet som produktionssupervisor, samt kunskap i relevanta verktyg som SAP och Power BI. Tjänsten innebär skiftarbete och möjligheter till vidareutveckling.

Formación

• Minst 4 års erfarenhet som produktionssupervisor
• Tillgänglig för skiftarbete (19:00 - 07:00)
• Erfarenhet av elektrisk tillverkningsprocess

Responsabilidades

Production Line Leader

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.

The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.

• Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.

• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.

• Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.

• 4+ years of experience in similar positions as production supervisor.

• Available for shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

• Experience in electrical manufacturing transformation process or similar.

• Experience in SCRAP KPI'S, defects, order expiration & production rate.

• Experience to lead operation crews +40 people.

• Knowledge in Microsoft office, SAP, Power BI & ETO.

• Lean manufacturing tools.

• Intermediate English level.
