Candidates should have a degree in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D software are essential. This role also involves training new employees and ensuring product quality through monitoring and process improvements.

Formación
