A leading electronic technology company in Tijuana is looking for an experienced engineer to modify and maintain engineering procedures while guiding production improvements. Candidates should have a degree in Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D software are essential. This role also involves training new employees and ensuring product quality through monitoring and process improvements.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Level of English fluency at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Modify, understanding and keep the engineering procedures and standards.
• Creating and understandingmodels, structures, prototypes,fixturesand/ordrawings.
• Establishing objectives for the organization.
• Follow up the new models and currents models, develop process, flow and control system to improve the quality of the product.
• Monitorprocesses and production schedules in an efficient manner.
• Implementing improvements in the production process.
• Minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Training new employees and guiding them when necessary.
• Delegating tasks toproducttechnician team.
• Daily, weekly, monthly report of projects or tendency trend from production, quality and customer issues

Qualifications

• EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Electronic, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Eng.
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 to 5 year in similar position
• LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: 80%
• COMPUTER USAGE: MS Office, 2D or 3D Software, SAP system
• ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Responsible, creative and sense of urgency.
