A high-tech international group in Querétaro seeks a Commercial Improvement Analyst. The position involves providing analytical support to the Procurement department and ensuring efficient management of the Procure-to-Pay cycle. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Experience between 2 to 5 years in procurement, finance, or commercial analysis.
• Strong Excel proficiency with pivot tables and complex functions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical, financial, and operational support to the Procurement area.
• Ensure efficient management of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
• Track returns of non-conforming materials and resolve commercial disputes.

Conocimientos

Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of Power BI

Experience with SAP ERP (MM & FI modules)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

High attention to detail

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
