You’ll need a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and three years of experience in manufacturing processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and AutoCAD is essential. Formación

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes or similar position.
• High knowledge in 2D and 3D drawings and GD&T.
• Basic knowledge of FMEA and core tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure implementation of process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and/or update master PFMEAs.
• Optimize production floor and production output.

Conocimientos

Lean Manufacturing techniques

Problem-solving tools (5W, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA)

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Knowledge in mechanics and electronics

Educación

Professional career in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Robotics
