The Mission
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Architect to join our growing Cloud NativeApplications team. The right candidate is someone who has deep expertise in applicationdesign and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to driveinnovation forward. Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent’s Engineers, Architects,Sales, and Project Managers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinkingcustomer base. You’ll work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bringcutting-edge ideas to market.
Core Consulting Qualifications
Customer Experience: Builds trust with senior stakeholders through transparency, strategic updates, and reliable delivery. Proactively identifies and mitigates risks that could impact customer success or project alignment.
Collaboration: Facilitates priority alignment and conflict resolution across multi-stakeholder environments. Guides cross-functional teams through challenging scenarios with calm, strategic leadership.
Communication: Handles escalations and scope-related disagreements with professionalism, clarity, and confidence. Remains composed in high-stakes or unexpected situations, reinforcing alignment and proposing actionable next steps.
This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.
