The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading staff, handling guest feedback, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage Leadership and be fluent in both Spanish and English. Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Leadership role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar upscale environment.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and carrying trays for extended periods.

• Ensure every guest receives professional, courteous, warm, and efficient service at all times.
• Handle guest complaints and negative feedback through glitches.
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate assigned staff to ensure smooth operations.
