Descripción

• Lead PEX (Process Excellence) initiatives across manufacturing operations to drive process optimization, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, DMAIC, and advanced analytical tools to solve complex operational problems and improve key performance metrics.
• Coach and mentor Green and Black Belts, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, Value Stream Mapping, and process audits to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
• Deploy Lean tools (5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Kaizen) to embed a continuous improvement mindset across teams.
• Align process improvement initiatives with business objectives, operational KPIs, and long-term plant growth strategies.
