A law firm is expanding its remote team and is looking for a Personal Injury Legal Case Manager to handle a high-volume caseload. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in personal injury case management and strong bilingual communication skills. Responsibilities include managing cases from intake to settlement, communicating with clients, and ensuring all documentation is organized. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with a supportive team dedicated to justice and advocacy.

We are expanding our remote team and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement.

Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through final settlement.
Investigate claims, gather facts, and determine case strategy in coordination with attorneys.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients regarding case status and next steps.
Obtain and review police reports, medical records, bills, and supporting documents.
Prepare and send demand packages; negotiate with insurance adjusters when appropriate.
Coordinate with attorneys for mediation, arbitration, or trial preparation.
Communicate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
Track client medical treatment and ensure documentation is complete and updated.
Maintain organized digital case files and ensure timely case progress.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and all applicable state and federal regulations.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in personal injury case management (intake ? settlement).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a high caseload independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Prior experience handling bodily injury cases is required.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred.
Experience working with clients coping with trauma or medical recovery.
Familiarity with personal injury litigation procedures and settlement negotiations.
Prior use of case management software and digital documentation systems.
