About The Role

We are looking for a performance specialist to build and execute a winning acquisition strategy for the Mexican market.

Reporting to the marketing manager in Mexico and working closely with the whole international marketing team.

Main Challenges
  • Budget control and optimization for all the paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Be responsible for the operative work in Paid Social, SEA, and Display working with our paid agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to own digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Work with our content team, video editors, designers, and agencies, and use them as resources to run your own tests.
  • Constantly monitor, measure, and tune the performance of the lead funnel, driving optimizations and a clear, actionable test‑&‑learn agenda.
You Have
  • 3+ years of experience in paid marketing & inbound campaigns with more than €500k investment per year.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Hubspot Inbound marketing certification is a plus.
