Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Assist in designing, documenting, and executing performance marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Partner with the centralized marketing intelligence team to use and interpret analytics tools, measure the impact of cross-channel initiatives on brand-specific KPIs, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Leverage performance dashboards to track KPIs, share insights, and coordinate the activation of new marketing strategies based on data.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and keep campaigns competitive.
Collaboration and Integration
- Work cross-functionally with leaders in paid media, SEO, CRM, marketing strategy, and website optimization to align efforts and achieve cohesive goals.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, intelligence, and creative teams to optimize campaign assets for audience and channel needs.
- Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals through regular stakeholder communication.
Cross-Channel Test-and-Learn Initiatives
- Develop and manage test-and-learn plans across channels to gather insights that improve campaign performance.
- Coordinate with channel leads to define testing approaches aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze and communicate key learnings to inform future strategies.
Audience Planning & Funnel Optimization
- Lead audience segmentation and planning to target relevant customer groups.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Integrate audience insights across channels and funnel stages to boost engagement and conversions.
- Work with analytics teams to refine audience strategies based on data.
