Responsibilities

Applies knowledge of the Data & Analytics area to ensure achievement of key area goals and objectives. Independently resolves complex problems without clear precedents, requiring extensive investigation and analysis. Responsible for creating data mining algorithms/architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis to identify trends in large data sets, based on scientific methodologies. Execution of key area processes and initiatives, ensuring methods align with the overall functional and business strategy, exercising flexibility to adapt plans as needed.

Your Impact - As People Analytics Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, turnover, recruitment, and other relevant HR metrics. This involves working with large datasets from various sources such as HR systems, surveys, and performance evaluations.
  • Proactively collaborate with global stakeholders for the design of standardized services meeting business needs.
  • Analyze historical data to make predictions about future workforce trends, such as potential turnover rates or areas of skill gaps within the organization.
  • Provide insights into the effectiveness of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Define and design analytical products to transform HR Information systems data into data driven tools that will enhance Talent decision making processes.
  • Based on the data insights, offer recommendations and help formulate strategies to address workforce challenges and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery of requirements and establish formal review and tracking processes.
  • Deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency.
  • Drive a quality focused agenda to ensure that data quality and metrics are key deliverables for all transactions and product delivery.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Data Literacy: Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, R, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
  • HR and Business Acumen: A solid understanding of human resources practices, talent management, organizational development, and business operations is crucial to interpret data in the context of an organization’s goals and challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills needed to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Written and verbal communication skills are equally important. Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal). Portuguese or Chinese is a plus.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, conduct statistical analyses, and derive meaningful insights from complex information.
