We are expanding our team and looking to bring on a Facebook Ads / Google Ads Manager who is highly skilled in lead generation, experienced with e-commerce, proactive in communication, and capable of owning campaigns end-to-end. This is a performance critical role.

You will directly impact client retention, lead volume, e-commerce revenue, and campaign profitability.

You will work with a variety of service based businesses and e-commerce brands, helping them generate consistent inbound leads and online sales through high performance media buying, strong conversion tracking, and rapid optimization.

If you are analytical, reliable, and thrive in a fast paced environment where responsiveness and problem solving matter just as much as technical skill, this role offers a long term opportunity to make a major impact.

Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local) and Meta Ads.
  • Build, launch, and manage e-commerce acquisition and retargeting campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Conduct deep keyword research, set up audiences, create ad copy, and manage budgets and bidding strategies.
  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion actions, Facebook Pixel events, and custom conversions.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and implement optimization strategies to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Diagnose performance drops quickly and deploy corrective action plans such as tracking fixes, ad refreshes, retargeting adjustments, or bid strategy changes.
  • Utilize negative keywords, search term reviews, and targeting refinements to maintain high campaign relevance.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and ensure real time responsiveness during working hours.
  • Prepare weekly performance updates with actionable insights, not just raw data.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow SOPs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
  • 3 or more years running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and e-commerce.
  • Proven success managing accounts for local service businesses and e-commerce brands.
  • Expert level understanding of Google Search campaigns, negative keyword strategies, audience targeting, Meta lead funnels, and e-commerce acquisition funnels.
  • Strong proficiency in conversion tracking including GTM, pixels, events, and custom actions.
  • Highly responsive communicator who stays available and engaged during working hours.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Able to work independently, troubleshoot problems quickly, and maintain a high standard of performance.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
