The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of managerial experience in the packaging industry, particularly in Die Cutting and Folder gluing processes. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role emphasizes employee training, performance management, and adherence to ISO standards.

Formación

• At least 5 years of related experience in a managerial role.
• 5 years of Die Cutting and Folder gluer experience.
• Experience conversing with corporate clients and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and report process performance KPIs to the VP of Operations.
• Lead and mentor direct reports for optimal performance.
• Ensure employee adherence to ISO standards.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
