A marketing agency in Mexico City is seeking an Outbound Sales Coordinator to support outbound sales initiatives and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and excellent written English proficiency. Responsibilities include finding prospects, maintaining a quota of leads, and assisting with onboarding. A passion for learning and adapting within a startup environment is essential. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Klaviyo, and Slack is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Finding potential prospects/investors on LinkedIn and other online places.
  • Staying on a quota of 10 leads/hour.
  • Tracking time spent on lead generation and other activities/projects.
  • Ensuring high-quality Kickstarter campaigns are reached out within 48 hours of launch.
  • Overseeing the email reach-out process for collected leads.
  • Assisting with onboarding and account management.
  • Supporting the CEO with wholesale outreach.
  • Conducting research for potential optical wholesalers and retailers.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Outbound Sales Coordinator to support and manage our outbound sales initiatives. This is a unique chance to join us at an exciting stage of growth, partnering with innovative brands to deliver high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and able to balance multiple priorities while ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Finding potential prospects/investors on LinkedIn and other places online.
  2. Stays on a quota of 10 leads/hour.
  3. Tracking own time spent separately on lead gen and other activities/projects.
  4. Ensuring every high-quality Kickstarter and IGG campaign launched is reached out within 48 hours of launch.
  5. Overseeing the email reached-out process so leads are emailed the same day they are collected.
  6. Answering
  7. Assisting with onboarding and account management.
  8. Assisting the CEO with wholesale outreach.
  9. Conduct all research for potential optical wholesalers and retailers and other research projects.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Mindset: A hunger to learn, willingness to work within a startup environment, entrepreneurial analytical mindset, fast learner with the willingness to solve challenges independently.
  • Work Style: Can work under pressure, can work with less supervision.
  • Communication: Strong attention to detail, excellent written English proficiency.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with eCommerce and Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Asana, Klaviyo, and Slack is a plus.
