Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with team management experience.
• Experience in a US-based multinational industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven track record of talent management and HR initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy site-level HR strategies and initiatives.
• Coach and develop HR team members for high performance.
• Manage employee relations issues and contract negotiations with unions.
