Major Tasks
- Lead and develop potential business expansion opportunities by providing patients with an opportunistic diagnosis, reference and adequate treatment through a deep understanding of the market trends and institutional needs.
- Managing complexity and negotiations of the Public market with Nubeqa, Hemophilia and Wetlia as key products.
- Leading a high-performance team that, in an agile and responsible manner, addresses the challenges and opportunities of the coming years.
- Ensuring the profitability and sustainability of each of the businesses they lead. Develops local strategies coaching the Product Teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Guarantee correct allocation and optimization of resources among brands inside the Specialty Chapter.
- Ensure sustainable growth by developing IBPs.
- Managing strategically Nexavar, Xofigo, Sitvarga, Wetlia, Adempas, Hemophilia, Vitrakvi LCM and Nubeqa accelerated launch.
- Lead the financial planning process for the brands.
- Oversee the marketing internal and external expenses.
- Analyses and explore profitable market opportunities and target optimization across the different key products.
- Defines quantitative and qualitative objectives to his direct reports.
- Inspire as a VACC leader to the Chapter and Product Teams.
- Ensure and provide the Work environment to develop a new DSO culture.
Skills
- The position requires in depth understanding of Specialized Pharmaceutical products and services Effective and persuasive interpersonal skills are required to interface with government representatives.
- Creativity and strategic insight are necessary to develop and implement innovative marketing and sales that should be adequate to social and economic different situation around the country.
- Effective and persuasive interpersonal skills are required to interface with government and market representatives.
- Education: Bachelor degree in biomedical or business administration; desirable Master Degree in marketing and Sales.
- Experience: 5 10 years in Pharma Industry; experience in Marketing and managing Managers and Sales Team , with a proven successful career.
- Authentic VACC leader Strong Marketing Experience (successful launches).
- Experience and knowledge of Latin American markets, desirable Mexican Market.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
